Jobs Description & Qualifications

•Ensure successful OTIF implementation of innovation, renovation, and VIP activities for Deodorants Indonesia.

•Monitor and build good understanding on consumer behaviors, ongoing market trend and competitor movement/challenges for Deodorants Indonesia.

•Develop, record, and maintain technical information across processing and formulation aspect for overall Deodorants Indonesia portfolio.

•Drive KBS (Knowledge Based Selling) agenda together with CTI, Marketing and CD team. Identify the relevant KBS areas to maximize the product benefits to gain success in market.

•Understand and communicate specific local regulatory requirements with GDC, to ensure any new product changes will comply with any specific local regulation.

•Responsible to deliver OTIF FDA/BPOM documents preparation for innovation, renovation, and VIP projects.

•Responsible for the approval of AW in local language from technical and regulation compliance point of view.
