SalesCandy™ adalah Sistem Manajemen Prospek (LMS) real-time yang dirancang untuk mengarahkan prospek secara instan ke telepon wiraniaga. Prospek tanpa pengawasan akan secara otomatis dialihkan ke staf penjualan berikutnya yang tersedia setelah 45 detik. Setelah setiap tindakan yang diambil, tenaga penjualan dapat memperbarui status prospek hanya dengan tiga klik sederhana.

Saat ini Sales Candy sedang membutuhkan tenag profesional untuk posisi Sales Development Representative  

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

SalesCandy® is a Lead Management System that helps enterprise businesses like Real Estate, Banks, Insurance companies, Automotive, and others manage their inquiry leads, leading to better conversion rates and provide full visibility of the team performance to management.

The Sales Development Representative is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater to the outreach to each prospect specifically.

You are expected to:

> Engage both inbound and outbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.

> Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle.

> Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle.

> Set appointments for the enterprise sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage.

Kualifikasi Minimum

You are required to:

> Possess good communication skills in English both written and verbal.

> Be able to converse in local Bahasa.

> Experienced in Software Sales (SaaS).

> Great interest and knowledge in the tech world.

> Matured, self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

> Comfortable working in a Startup environment and culture.

> Team player and work well with colleagues and customers. > 2 to 5 years experience in sales, especially on the sales development/telemarketer/prospecting role.

You have an advantage if you are:

> Be tech-savvy with software tools like Pipedrive CRM, Google Suite, Prospect.io, etc.

> Experienced in dealing with Enterprise clients(dealing with multiple stakeholders).

> Be able to throw in some ideas for us to improve the performance.
