Saat ini shopee sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan untuk bberpa posisi salah satunya adalah posisi sebagai Engineering and Technology - Sea Labs - Business Product Management, Supply Chain- Jakarta

Tim yang terdiri dari para engineer dari seluruh dunia ini saling bekerjasama untuk membangun sistem terbaik dengan teknologi yang sesuai. Bukan sekedar menyelesaikan masalah yang ada, engineer kami juga berusaha membangun sistem yang tahan lama. Mereka tidak membatasi diri & akan berusaha menyelesaikan masalah sesulit apapun, walaupun itu berarti mereka harus menelusuri hingga dasar patform komputasi. Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Develop a deep understanding for one or more key Logistics or Fulfilment systems under Supply Chain product group, to effectively manage and support respective end-to-end processes and system requirements
Communicate and work closely with operational stakeholders to identify critical pain points, analyse key business drivers, determine and formulate corresponding product plans and solution requirements
Digitalise key operational activities to achieve scale economies and automate decision-making of complex processes to enhance throughput, optimise costs and delight both end-customers and operational stakeholders
Align and evaluate business requirements, feasibility, and value of the feature requests, to design the core functions of the designated supply chain (sub)system and deliver a comprehensive Business Requirement Document (BRD)
Strategise and prioritise product features requests, based on data-driven commercial analysis, development resource planning, and pipeline management
Prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios, coordinate the testing and live release
Educate internal users on the new functionalities and drive the operational implementation and adoption
Take the ownership of features throughout the product lifecycle, tracking KPIs, and propose further improvements with subsequent iterations
Persyaratan:
Preferred but not restricted to Degree in Business (Operations Management), Industrial System Engineering, Computer Science, other Engineering degrees
Experience in B2B product management is a plus
Experience in supply chain management is a plus, especially in operation management i.e. logistics, warehouses
Data skills like SQL, Python preferred
Ability to collaborate with different teams and manage timeline and priorities effectively
Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, and writing skills
Self-driven mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
Strong ownership and able to work independently
Agile mindset and willingness to adapt to change to meet business goals
